Artifact System lets you empower your character by increasing battle stats. There are 4 types of artifacts: Attack, Defence, Support and Balance. There’s an ancient rune engraved on artifacts of each type.

General Info
- Artifact System is only available to characters level 100 or above.
- Artifacts are no-grade items and have no time limits.
- To equip artifacts, you need an Artifact Book. There are 2 types of books available:

- Books are equipped into the corresponding inventory slot (to the left from bracelets). They activate artifact slots.
- If your character’s level drops below 100/105, after the next game restart the book (and all artifacts placed into it) is removed from the slot and becomes available once you’ve reached level 100/105 (depending on the book type).
- You can check the list of all artifacts and their amount and the effects of their empower by opening your inventory and checking the "Artifact Effect" tab via the "All Artifacts" button.
- Empower effect is marked in the left lower corner of the icon – same as enchantment: +1, +2 etc.
- Artifacts don’t have weight, they are located on a special inventory tab (Artifact) and are not counted in the total amount of items. Max. amount of artifact slots is 100 (for all races including Dwarves).
- Once an artifact has been placed into the corresponding slot (example: balance artifact → balance slot), the character gets the passive effect of the placed artifact. You can see it in the artifact book on the "Artifact Effect” tab, or on the passive skills tab in the Artifact category.

- Artifact books, artifacts and the items to empower them can be purchased from Alexandria in Luxury Shop in the Town of Giran, and also via limited offers in Game Shop.

Set effects
- If you collect a full set of artifacts, you can activate the set effect of the corresponding level.
- A full set consists of 7 artifacts: 1 attack artifact, 1 – defence, 1 – support, and 4 balance artifacts.
- Set effect is activated even if you place into the slots artifacts +0.

Placing artifacts
- You need to place artifacts in the book in order that they could have effect. Without a book you cannot apply artifacts or use their effects.
- To add artifacts, you need to place an Artifact book into the special slot of your character's inventory.
- The effect of the placed artifacts, for each set separately, will b shown on the "Effects" tab.
- You can’t use the same artifacts from the same group, like:
Artifact - P. Atk. (Attack) + Artifact - P. Atk. (Attack). However, you can combine the same artifacts from different groups, for example: Artifact - P. Atk. (Attack) + 
Artifact - P. Atk. (Balance). - If you try to equip 2 same artifacts of the same group, you'll see a system message that it's impossible.
Upgrading Artifacts
- You can upgrade an artifact by clicking the "Upgrade Artifact” button in your character’s inventory.
- Some balance artifacts cannot be upgraded.
- Max. upgrade level: +10.
- Safe artifact upgrade: from +0 to +1. Further upgrade may fail.
Process of upgrade
- Press the "Upgrade Artifact" button
in your character’s inventory. Press the button of the left from the upgrade window to open a mini-window with a list of materials for a specific artifact to be upgraded (for defence-type, in the materials window you’ll only see defence artifacts). - Open the "Upgrade Artifact" window and choose the artifact to be upgraded from the list, and place it into the central slot. In the mini-window with materials you can only see the artifacts from your character’s inventory. The artifacts placed into the Artifact book cannot be seen. If you need it, you need to remove them from the book and place it to your inventory.
- Choose the necessary amount of artifacts to upgrade the central artifact and place them into the corresponding slots. You can distribute the artifacts in the material slots as you like.
- To upgrade an artifact, you need artifacts of the same type as materials. For example: You need to upgrade an attack artifact (P. Atk.), all other artifacts from attack group can be used as materials – the same artifact (P. Atk.), and other attack type artifacts (M. Атк. / Atk. Speed / Casting Speed).
- Starting from +4, to upgrade an artifact, you’ll need artifact materials upgraded to +1 and above. From +7 you’ll need materials upgraded to +3 and above, however you’ll need less materials. For example, to upgrade an artifact from +7 to +8, you’ll need 2 artifact materials +3. Non-upgraded artifacts (+0), and artifacts +1 and +2 are not suitable for upgrading from +7 and they won’t be displayed in the mini-window with a list of materials.

- Safe artifact upgrade: from +0 to +1. Further upgrade may fail. In cause of failure, the materials will disappear, however the artifact you wanted to upgrade will remain with the current upgrade level.
- If you succeed to upgrade the artifact, it will consume the power of materials and get +1 to its current upgrade level.
- Press the "Exping” button, when all the artifacts are placed into the slots. Press the "Initialize” button, to remove the place artifacts. Press the “Close” button to close the window with no changes.
- A successfully upgraded artifact will be added to your inventory to the ‘Artifacts section.’
