Clans level 5 and above may create a Clan Academy by speaking to a clan NPC in-game. To become an apprentice, a character must be level 85 or lower and have not completed their third class transfer. Clan Academies are meant to help players familiarize themselves with the game.

Creating an Academy
- Only clans level 5 and above may create a Clan Academy.
- Academies are created at the same NPCs who help create Clans.
- A character must be level 85 or lower and have not completed their third class transfer to enroll for an Academy.
- Max amount of players in Academy is 20.
Academy Graduates
An Academy member who's completed their fourth class transfer (Awakening) is automatically excluded from the Academy and the Clan. The clan gets a reward for every Academy graduate. Academy graduates don’t have any penalty and can join a clan at once.
The clan gets a reward such as clan reputation points for each graduate, depending on the level on which the gradute enrolled the Academy, the formula is as follows:
Clan reputation points = min {(85 - level at the time of enrolling), 40} х 20 + 200, but max - 1000 clan reputation points.
For example:
- A character joins the Academy on level 74, according to the formula the clan receives 290 clan reputation points.
- A character joins the Academy on level 36, according to the formula the clan receives 2000 clan reputation points.

Clan Academy Apprentice Rights
Clan Academy Apprentice Rights are limited regarding the right of the members of the main clan. For Clan Academy Apprentices, the following rights can be allocated:
- watching the Clan Warehouse;
- apprentices may use the clan hall and castle owned by the clan just like any other clan member;
- using the functions of the clan hall and castle (like buffs and using the shop).
Clan Academy Apprentices:
- Clan Academy Apprentices level 70 or higher have the same relationship to enemies as other clan members.
- If an apprentice of level 70 or higher kills or is killed by an opposing clan member, Clan Reputation is not changed.
- Clan Academy Apprentices can take part in any type of sieges.
- Clan Academy Apprentices don't have any effects from the clan skills they've learned.
Sponsors
Each Clan Academy Apprentice may get a sponsor. The sponsors belong to the main clan, the Royal Guards or the Order of Knights. Sponsors are needed to complete the quests on getting the Mentor Ring and clan reputation points.

The sponsor gets the active buff Academy Precept which can be applied on the apprentice. The same buff, only with better effects, is obtained by the clan leader.
