Everyone who went off the road towards Dragon Valley or Elven Forest faced most certain death. That's why the place is called 'Death Pass'. However, the road itsalf has always been safe thanks to watchposts around it. From olden times it's been an important link between the southern and the northern regions of Aden and still remains a popular trading route.
