Ikuntai is the strongest Raid Boss level 20-29. Compared to a typical raid boss level 25, it has two times more HP, and its attack and regeneration speed are also 2 times higher. Besides, Ikuntai Boss has guardians whose HP and attack are also increased. There are 4 guardians: Ikuntai's Servitor (2) and Ikuntai Pawn (2). The Servitors are short-range fighters, they don't have any significant skills. The Pawns have increased HP and can heal themselves and their allies. But the worst thing is that they cast Reflect Damage on their Boss - so anyone who damages it gets 20% of damage in return.
Taking everything mentioned above into account, and the fact that Ikuntai's attack and HP are high, one can see that the role of a healer in a party is very difficult. The Raid Boss can use a Flame Strike, but it's not very powerful.
