Antharas' Breath: Decreases the Attack/Casting/Movement Speed of nearby enemies by 90% and gradually makes their bodies rigid, paralyzing them for 10 seconds eventually. Using the skill requires 1 unit of Dragon Blood. Cooldown is 5 min. 3. Antharas' Tail Strike: Depletes CP of all enemies nearby. Using the skill consumes 1 unit of Dragon Blood. Cooldown is 5 min. Cannot be worn in the Olympiad/Ceremony of Chaos. Its appearance cannot be modified. Cannot be crystallized, enchanted or assigned an attribute. | |
