Obelius, caused discord between the fairies and the gods, and the invitation to Magmeld was withdrawn. Kimerian was the only fairy leader to speak out against Obelius, and so he and his followers were the only fairies allowed into Magmeld. But Shilen’s evil has now reached the Fairy Settlement which made fairies escape from the contaminated lands, driving the remaining fairies, including Kimerian, to madness, rage, and corruption. Now they are dangerous for other habitants of Magmeld.


To the north of the Ancient City Arcan there’s a Fairy Settlement where players can hunt solo or in parties of any size. You can get to three regions of the Fairy Settlement using the lift or via Gatekeeper Sookie. The Northern and the Southern regions of the Settlement are connected with Kimerian instanced dungeon.

The territory of the Settlement is covered with cocoons. When you crack them, you’ll see several mobs you can kill. During your hunt in this zone you can get sparkles which help you change the type of mobs getting out of cocoons.


Cocoons

There are two types of cocoons: Cocoons and Large Cocoons. Cracking the cocoons, you can change the type of the mob which gets out of it.

  • If you've opened a cocoon using sparks, you'll get a bigger reward for the mobs which are getting out of it.
  • If you’ve opened a cocoon using common attack, there'll be a common mob.
  • If you’ve opened a cocoon using skill attack, there'll be a mob with reduced HP.
  • If you’ve opened a cocoon during game nighttime, there’ll be mobs with Dark Attack.


There are Will-O-Wisps flying around the cocoons – they restore HP and MP.

During game nighttime the mobs in the zone are stronger.

For killing Pan Direm you can get the items required to get access to Kimerian’s dwelling place.
