Due to Embryo who dreamed of Shilen’s Awakening, the Seven Seals have been broken, and the Goddess of Destruction awoke from sleep. To keep Shilen’s soul safe, Embryo created a giant Altar, absorbing energy from the victims sent from the Catacombs and Necropolis.


Altar of Shilen is a party instanced zone for 7 95-99 lvl players (access is granted to those who’s completed the Destroy Shilen's Creatures campaign quest). The campaign takes place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 2 a.m., 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. The task is to kill a certain amount of guards protecting Altar of Shilen in the zone of the Forbidden Gate (Seal of Shilen). The instanced zone is available when a special portal appears at the entrance of Altar of Shilen.


There’s an NPC named Elcadia inside the Altar. Together you’ll look at a sacrifice to Shilen. You need to prevent the sacrifice.

The instanced zone consists of 3 floors. The 3rd floor is where Maliss and Isadora raid bosses dwell. You can also get Marks of Traveler there.


1st floor

Elcadia will open the door to the sacrifice hall, and you have 15 minutes to pass through 3 rooms and kill the final boss of the 1st floor: Corrupted Captain. If you’re out of time, the boss will leave the Altar. The main difficulty is that the boss is invincible until the key mobs of the floor – Embryo Executor Captain is alive.


2nd floor

When you’ve killed Executor Captain, Elcadia will give you access to the 2nd floor. The mechanics is just the same. The boss is Corrupted High Priest and it’s invincible until the key mob of the floor - Shilen's Bladers – is alive. You have 10 minutes to complete your task.


3rd floor

When your task on the 2nd floor is done, Elcadia will give you access to the 3rd floor. There’s no time limit for this floor. There’s one mob in each room.

When you kill such a mob, the door opens for 5 seconds. If you don’t manage to pass within 5 seconds, you need to kill the mob once again.

Behind the 3rd room Guardian of Revelation Frikios is waiting for you. He’ll send you to a raid against Maliss and Isadora.
