How to get inside Gainak
Gainak is located to the east from Orc Village on the Immortal Plateau. There are 2 hunting zones level 99 near Gainak: Raider's Crossroads and the Land of Chaos. You can teleport to Gainak via Gatekeepers in Rune or Town of Schuttgart and teleport back to Rune or Town of Schuttgart.

Hunting zone specifics
Battle zone in Gainak
Most of the time, the village is a peaceful zone. However, sometimes it turns into a battle zone. It's then when PvP is possible in Gainak. When the village becomes a battlefield, fire starts raging in it. If you see the fires, it means the village is in PvP state. Besides, there's also a system message saying the state of the village has been changed.

Gainak: NPCs and quests
- The Annihilated Plains - 2 (Lv. 99)
Gainak's functions as a village are limited as it serves as a PvP zone. There are very few NPCs in Gainak (Gatekeeper Camille, Warehouse Keeper Edward Gainak Aide Lezonne), so you can use Gatekeeper's and Warehouse services.
Besides, Lezonne sells special buffs for each class for 
20,000 adena.
Sauyne
To the north from the village you can find Sayune. Teleportation is available to Rune or Town of Schuttgart only, while using Sayune you can go to Raider's Crossroads and the Land of Chaos.
Underground Gainak
Near gatekeeper Camille you can find the tunnell leading to Underground Gainak. You can go there by feet or use Camille's services ( 500 adena).
Mobs
When Gainak turns into a battle zone, Mysterious Assassins appear. You won't get any SP or XP for defeating them, however there's a 100% chance that you may get 
High-grade Elixir of Life , 
High-grade Elixir of Mind or 
High-grade Elixir of CP . Besides, such quest mobs as Wild Guardian Tree, Wild Protector Tree and Wilderness Protector dwell near the village.

There are 4 Raid Bosses dwelling near Gainak: Tebot, Tegaffe, Thesakar, Theor. They are brothers and stay together; so you'll need to face the four of them during the fight.
If you win, you may get an Eternal Enhancement Stone, a Monster Weapon Appearance Stone, etc.
